The tutorial “CA ANALYTICS – Start and setup” shows you how to start the CA ANALYTICS application and perform some basic tasks.

After the application starts, the home panel will be displayed. On this panel you can choose the tasks or directly open recently used files. In the “Settings” menu, you can choose between the “General Settings” and “CAR ASYST” section.

In the “General Settings” section you can select the application language, define the number of recently used items, and enable or disable the logging function. The logging function is used if you need troubleshooting assistance.

In the “CAR ASYST” section you can choose between the default and custom reference path for data storage. The selected path will be used as the basis for storing traces, configurations and vehicle reports.

If you have saved any user names and passwords, for example for proxy access, you can delete the saved data by clicking on the “Clear Saved Passwords” button.
